WHAT WE DO
1. WE ADVISE
We help our clients to find their optimal office, evaluating in a comparative way; through studies of capacity and budgets, their best location option
2. WE CREATE
We create a general architectural layout with proper materials, design, good distribution of furniture, working areas, etc…
3. WE DEVELOP PROJECTS
Once the general layout is approved, we develop the different projects of: architecture, design, engineering and the electrical-, sanitary-, gas-, air conditioning- and / or other installations.
4. WE ENABLE
We build according to each project: structural work (walls, glass partitions, false ceilings, etc.), finishes (coatings, paintings, doors, etc.) and water-, electricity-, air conditioning-, lighting-, data and multimedia installations.
5. WE FURNISH
We supply and install office furniture such as workstations, receptions, meeting tables, chairs, shelves, decks, kitchenettes, etc ... and also office equipment such as roller blinds, glass films with or without design, glazed blackboards among others.
6. WE CERTIFY IT
We get the projects approval through all regulatory and certifying institutions: such as council permits and final reception, superintendency of electricity and fuel, sanitary certifications, among others.
